Description
Calm Japanese temaki bar in Downtown with a hidden vinyl listening bar and crafted cocktails. Tezukuri, meaning handmade, serves temaki and handrolls at a culinary bar in Opera Grand, where each cone is formed and served in one motion. Diners rave about the tuna and king crab handrolls, sea bream nigiri and daifuku, and a hidden listening bar with vinyl and balanced cocktails sits behind the dining room. The setting is calm and intimate rather than loud, making it a good pick for an unhurried date.
